I want to sell my flat and for that I registered on MagicBricks. A person contacted me from the same and told me that he is in Army and want to buy my property. For that he wants to give me Rs. 50000 as a token amount. He told me that his account officer contact me . The other person contacted me and asked me to send him a rupee through PayTM and I did that. He return me Rs. 1 . and then told me to now need to Pay Rs. 50000, which will then get back to me once transaction is completed. He asked me to send 25000 ruppies first and when that can’t happen he told me to send 10 thousand 2 times and 5 thousand one time. After the same told me to send 25000 seperate. and told me that I need to pay 24999 not 25000 (After 25000 paid) . He actuallly took Rs. 1,25,000 from me through 2 different account. And now asking me to share 24999 from the second account as transaction from that account is not completed. I told him that I can’t pay now, so he told me that the amount will be locked for 6 months if I didn’t pay him.
He also gave me his aadhar card, Pan card, canteen card details. I told him to first send me my already paid money back. But he refuses and told me that amount is blocked at army account and his money is also locked due to this. He was supposed to send me money from army account against his HRA or something like the same.
I want my money back as I think this was some sort of fraud.His name is Deepak Pawar from documents and mobile number is 77974 79956.
