My self yashvant patil mobile number 9913207773 and order crypton v 7 tablet on 18/06/20 but there is no receipt no msg confirmation from ezeephone nothing

No customer care number

I think it’s fake website  here I attached the payment screenshot what I did

Please help me to get my refund and also take necessary action on it
