Hi sir.
I bought a shoe from Flipkart on 10th February and it got torn within 15 days of use. I tried to contact the customer support team for the same. He told me to contact the brand.On his advice, I contacted the brand but did not get any response from the brand.Then I told all these things to the customer support team, but they gave me a new excuse every day avoided my problem and will keep roaming me like this for 20 days.And without listening to me completely, he wrote in his statement that my issue is resolved.Today when I talked to higher authority they directly took me to dinner and they said that they can’t help me and cut the phone without listening to me completely and mailed me that my issue is resolved. Flipkart is a big company and I am a plus customer. I never thought that please would do this to me. All my money wasted. I haven’t even worn that one. manner and all my money was wasted. I request you Look at this thing from your perspective and help me.
