I had buy one Inalsa Hand Blender on 4th July 2020 but the DC motor was missing and Chopper was also damaged. I have requested for the replacement and handover the product to pickup boy on 7th July 20 as per Amazon schedule (I am hereby attaching the pickup schedule in defective product coloumn). but when I have not received the pickup confirmation message then I called to customer care and they informed me that the status is showing “customer has refused to returned the product”. I was shocked to hear this but they promise me to resolve the problem in next five days. but after five days the problem was same and they asked for three more days to solve the problem and after 3 days another five days. still they have no solution for this problem. They are just asking for more time and time. Today on 25th July 2020 I have called the Amazon customer care again to get the status and they informed me that there whare house has not receive the product back and they will not send the replacement product untill they received the original product. I said what is my fault in this if your pickup boy not submit the product to whare house and I have asked them to talk with pickup boy or give me pickup boy mobile numberĀ I’ll talk to him but they said they don’t have contact details of pickup boy. Now they are just harassing me. I really don’t know how to get my refund or replacement product now. please help me in this matter.
