SUBJECT: Buttar Gas Service, Model Town, Ambala City, India – Bad service and Violation of recommended Safety standards; identity- theft attempts.
We are writing a complaint against Buttar Gas Service, 14 Kartar Nagar, Model Town, Ambala City, Haryana, India 134003, who is a supplier of cooking gas cylinder services, including for IndianOil.
The representatives of this organization, (with whom we have interacted on multiple occasions) including those who deliver gas –
1) – Never check the gas cylinders for leakage, inspite of polite multiple requests (This is a Safety Hazard);
2) – Never weigh the cylinders to evidence to the customers that the correct net-weight of the gas is being delivered (This is tantamount to Unfair Business Practice);
3) – Never provide exact change in return when paid cash, and end up keeping more money than they are legally entitled to (This is tantamount to practices of a Dishonest Dealer);
4) – Representatives and Delivery-men are consistently rude and obnoxious , especially to senior citizens and handicapped Vulnerable Victims.
This is tantamount to Disrespecting the Customers.
5) – Never wear any masks to customer homes and delivery sites (This is a violation of Health guidelines and Endangering the Health & Safety of customers, during these times of rampant Flu , lung diseases contamination.
6) – Refuse to provide any name or unique identifier, I.E. No professional accountability.
7) – Do Not deliver gas in a timely manner. We have had to order gas cylinder refills repeatedly, and make multiple follow – up inquiries. This is tantamount to poor customer service, bad attentiveness to customer requirements, unwarranted harassment.
8) – Threaten customers with evidencing their Nuisance-value and Vindictive Reprisal by not providing any future service if the customer voices a complaint against them.
This is a violation of Democratic Consumer rights, a contravention of the principles of Natural Justice, and Unwarranted Harassment to the customers, citizens, and taxpayers-at-large.

Furthermore, they demand photographs of irrelevant information from customers’ phones; on the pretext of ” code procurement ” ; but Actually use this information for possible selling to scammers and identity- theft.
If customer refuses it, their delivery representatives became abusive, threatening, evidenced Systemic Intimidation.

On a Balance of Probability, it is very likely that there are other Vulnerable Victims of such Unwarranted Harassment and evidenced Bad attitude, Poor service from this business.
