Text of Complaint by Alka Chaudhary:

Dear Sir,

Referring to the trailing mail, I want to confirm regarding my communication with Mr. Samuel Horo, (Assigned Executive) contact no. 08583012035. I am having as my selection for Franchise Partner in area pin code 246701 (Dist. Bijnor, UP) with Instakart Services Private Limited (Ekart Logistics) vide communication address is Instakart Service Private Limited, Building Alyssa, Begonia and Clove Embassy Tech Village, Outer Ring Road, Devarabeesanahalli Village, Bangaluru – 560103, Karnataka. and email ID (1) [email protected] (2) [email protected] (3) [email protected] (4) [email protected]

The Business Partner will execute as per following procedure –

Ø Flipkart and Me will enter into a 50 – 50 percent investment after my team interview is conducted.

Ø ROI will be shared as – BP 80% and Flipkart 20%.

Ø Salary (Rs. 7500), Rent (Rs. 10,750), Electricity and Internet charges will be shared by Flipkart to me every month.

Ø Flipkart will take care of everyday distribution material by their own means to our centre further distribution will be from our end.

Ø Except Accidental no further insurance will be there

All formalities has been done, kindly Find the Details below are as follows:

· Registration fees (already paid by me Rs. 4,720/-)

· GST documentation

· Current account

· Service Agreement (3 years contract)

· Staff Hiring (staff salary company will pay Rs. 7,500/- each staff)

· Property rental agreement (company will pay 50% amount of rent)

· Property Inspection ( Mr. Abhay Inspection Executive visited the place in Bijnor)

Now the pending part is Investment. Investment will be Rs. 1,47,137.50/Each side. According to Ekart service agreement I’ll pay 50 % and Company will pay 50% for the office setup.

I have attached only four emails here for your knowledge.Further communication is going on with the assigned executive on a daily basis through email or con-call.

Please confirm further execution of agreement, if everything is satisfactory according to your franchise model.
