Text of Complaint by Abdul Ahad Khan:

I have bought Business Class ticket but when I came to check my seat before time the foot relaxer and Messager were not working.

When I ask the Bus Hostess she misbehaved by saying that I dont know what is the issue and driver also have talked in very ofd behaviour by saying that go and sit somewhere else while we are still paying for Business Class.

Desk members were not cooperative at all and said that we given you seat that is it.

Driver’s behaviour and hostess behaviour was rude throughout also he was not driving well. I will raise it legally if this will not be refunded to me.
