We (Me and my wife along with my 13 months baby) have booked Durga malleswari travels sleeper bus tickets through Red bus to travel from Rampally chourasta (Near ECIL X roads, Hyderabad) to Machilipatnam on 2nd Oct 2022. We have boarded bus at 9.10pm. Bus was broken down at around 3am. After arguing with Bus operators, they has arranged seater class tickets in Apsrtc bus upto Vijayawada only. We felt very uncomfortable, sleepless and depressed due to this situation. My baby also crying all over the night because of sleeplessness. We need Ticket fare refund, compensation for my depression and Lawer remuneration (if any) either from Durga malleswari travels or from Red bus.
