I have booked a bus neugo from delhi to haldwani on 29 oct 2025 of 11:30 pm …. When he reached station the bus was not there… and after waiting long time bus didnt come and conductor didnt inform that bus will not come and he switched off his phone when tried to contact…. And many times i travalled from this bus behaviour of conductor and drivers are rude … they usually dont drop passenger to their dropping station and ask passenger to get down according to their place… i have faced techincal issues like charging issue in this bus because of which i got late many times
