I booked bus ticket from manali to delhi through goibibo . They guve me bus time of 20:50 but when i reached mu bording point at 20:30 the bording point manager said you missed your bus. Your bus is departed at 19:40 i miss my bus then i call Goibibo Coustmer support then they me no resolution i stand on road in -3dgree then didn’t not provide and hotel stay not any other bus arrangements
