Today 09112021 8.30 pm myself booked ticket from ooty to dharmapuri your confirm ticket app for the amount of RS 943.95.without my knolwdege confirm ticket canceled my ticket without intimation amount refund enquiry only came for the amount if rs 743.This is horrible experience I faced without my interventionthey hemselves cancel ticket and amount also less amount refund.I need my full amount refund .
