Dear sir ,
As i booked bus tickets on paytm app on date :3 April 09.59 am two tickets booking id – 10671098426 & 10671165237 (Santhosh M & Vijayalakshmi) for travelling to Tuticorin to Chennai on 15th April 2020. Unfortunately bus tickets has been cancelled by the operators of tranzking travels. several followups with paytm customer care and tranzing booking centre there is no yet responds for my amount Rs.2300/- . if in this cases its keep on delays i need to proceed with consumer files against paytm. so hope you able to claim my refund amount asap.thanks
