I booked bus from Kannur to Chennai through Make mytrip app on 14-12-2025. Bus operator is VKV transport.
I got busy service cancel message on 13-12-2025 and I called the bus operator the same time.
They are saying they are not cancelled the ticket,it’s automatically cancelled due to ticket price fluctuations.
I am not understanding there reason,they told me to rebook if required with higher ticket price.
I need justice and this type bus service team should punish by law
