I traveled from Hyderabad to Rajahmundry in IntrCity Smart Bus.
Bus Operator lost my bag. At the time of boarding they provided me with a tag. And at dropping point I gave the tag and they said they lost my bag.
They agreed it was their mistakes and asked me to wait for few days to get my luggage.
After 15 days, they were not able to find my luggage and agreed to compensate ₹2,500.
The cost of bag, clothes and hearing aids in bag was around ₹1,27,000.
I need proper compensation for my loss.
Please help.
