Worst travel experience of my life
Pathetic service , live location wasn’t working
There’s no alternate option
They must provide details of the bus if isn’t operational
No prior notice, no contact
What are we supposed to do in the late night
We came from rural place where no transport is available after 10pm
We came there by private vehicle to reach the pick up location of distance 19 kms
Bus operator neither received single call
Nor from your customer service support given proper assistance regarding bus location though they are liable to give another ticket with different operator but they didn’t provide any further assistance,they said purchase another bus ticket from their portal how recklessly they say such things in late at 11.45pm
