Hi Team,

I booked this ticket for my wife and my one year old baby boy. The bus operator(DMR Travels) changed my wife’s berth without any intimation. She is holding a one year old baby boy so we booked for a safe double upper berth but they changed to a single berth and when she was asking the bus driver said the actual bus got cancelled and this was an alternate bus they arranged and they didn’t help.

I am trying to call your customer care and it’s saying invalid ticket number even though I entered the correct one and the call gets disconnected. This is a very pathetic situation she is facing now.

How come she can feed her baby in a single upper berth and we need to spend sleepless nights here and there with the baby.

The bus staff was very rude and using unparliamentary words.

Who is responsible if anything happened wrong?

Why did they change the berth without prior notice to the customer?
