I WAS TRAVELING WITH MY FAMILY INCLUDING 2 YEARS KID. I was standing on the road for almost half n hour.
He stopped the bus 3 km away from my pickup location. And asked me to take the bus from Kanpur if can. I chased the bus for nearly 3 km but he didn’t stop the bus and moved without informing.
To make matters worse, I tried contacting the bus operator multiple times, but my calls were either not answered or were ignored. This caused significant inconvenience and disrupted my travel plans.
Later I took taxi from Fatehpur to Kanpur @1000 and booked Train ticket worth 2500 from Kanpur to Ghaziabad.
