I booked Somnath travels ticket through redbus app from Latur to Aurangabad for 2 nd January. Time given on ticket was 6 am but bus left at 5 am. They didn’t even call after reaching pickup point. When asked reason for this behaviour, staff was quite rude and they didn’t care about what happened.
