Bus was supposed to leave at 6PM and it came at the platform at 7:15 they made us wait for 1.5 hours and they don’t wait for passenger for 10 min only once I was late for 10 min for the bus and kept contacting the conductor but he didn’t wait for me what kind of pathetic service is this and when asked there was no answer at all.
