I have booked ticket for my friend from Hyderabad to Satna(MP) on 27-12-2022, as per booking bus has to drop Satna(MP) on 28-12-2022 at 6.30PM, but it has changed its route towards other destination and driver says that bus doesn’t goes to Satna after 12.30AM on 29-12-2022. My friend has gotoff from bus at some other location which is 40Kms from the destination and he had struggled so much at Midnight 1.00AM as there is no other transport and it was made a delay of 7Hours. If bus doesn’t comes to satna why does it accepted booking? The travel agency was very irresponsible after contacting them about the issue.
