I had the absolute worst experience with this bus company. First of all, the bus broke down in the middle of nowhere at Sirsa, leaving us stranded for hours with no explanation or assistance from the staff. And to top it off, when a second bus finally arrived, the staff refused to let us board and were incredibly rude and unhelpful.
The lack of communication and organization from this company is appalling. I would never recommend anyone to use their services, as they clearly have no regard for their passengers’ safety and well-being. The staff’s behavior was completely unacceptable and I will never be using this bus company again. Avoid at all costs.
This bus company is an absolute nightmare. Not only did the bus break down in the middle of nowhere, leaving us stranded for hours on end, but the staff were completely unhelpful and showed no concern for our well-being. We were left at the mercy of the elements with no explanation or assistance from the company.
To make matters worse, when a second bus finally arrived, the staff were incredibly rude and refused to let us board, leaving us in a state of shock and disbelief. The lack of communication and organization from this company is utterly appalling.
I strongly advise against using this bus company, as they clearly have no regard for their passengers’ safety and comfort. The entire experience was a complete disaster and I will never be using their services again. Avoid this company at all costs.
