This is to bring to your notice I’ve booked a ticket from kodaikannal to pondicherry on 20th Aug 7 p.m and will reach pondicherry to 21st Aug 5 a.m. Around 4.15 A.m in the morning driver asked me to get down near Tindivanam place and wait almost till 6 a.m no alternative vehicle was not organized. There’s no proper communication from them and I checked the existing driver please reach out to orange travels, hence no response from them too. Really in the morning it’s been affect our daily schedule and it was scary in the morning being a woman they shouldn’t do like this. If there’s no direct transportation it should’ve been reflect while booking, after booking they shouldn’t do. Herewith attached the bus ticket find your action
