I was waiting at the boarding point on 8th of April and i Called the bus operator several times but he didn’t pick up my call neither he called me on the same day. But now he’s telling he had called me but i didn’t answer. The bus operator is SRS Travels and i booked the ticket via redbus. Both are not helping me get a solution for the complaint
