I wants to say that I booked the ticket from ISBT KASHMIRI GATE to DEHRADUN on 12june2023.
The bus was on charging point at mujjafar nagar at 2:00pm , we all are Waiting for it and approx 5:00 pm the bus conductor told us that the bus was not started.When I realised it too late already at that one point where all passengers getting down the bus.I went to conductor and asked him to arranged another bus or give the refund but ignored and said to search for another bus there.
It was very fraustrating for us to getting down midway with no prior information and look out for another vehicle.
I would definitely like to have a refund for this because it was exhausting for me , and I spend extra Money to reach the destination from another bus.

Please take necessary action towards this injustice with us.
