Dear Team,
I had booked bus Nue go , timing 13 to 19:40 on the date 12 Jan-2024. My only concern is why bus is waiting for 1 or 2 passengers for 30 – 30 min , they left delhi point on 14:10.
If I ask the conducter why we are waiting to much for the passengers, I was getting aggressive and said just go and complaint I don’t care , is this behaviour is good to the passengers. I want action against him .
