I have booked a bus ticket in morning star travels the bus arrival time is 6:25 am but bus arrived at 8:40 am when I asked them go cancel the ticket they are saying we don’t give refund if the bus is delayed if the customer want cancellation then they have to provide due to this delay I missed my event by travelling also no use
