Hi Sir/Madam,
I am Traveling from Manipal to Bangalore today that is on 20th June 2023 in VRL travels. I would like to report that the bus condition and the price mentioned is not up to mark with live experience. Seems like bus is very old and not maintained with proper services. At around night 10pm the bus was stopped for 40 mins near Mangalore highway due to some sensor issue. Which driver had noticed initially but dint think of fixing immediately. Secondly the driving is rash and where most of the customer who are onboard are also have given the feedback to him for same. And other end since bus is not in good condition there are many sound appearing within the bus. I had raises concern for same with Hubli VRL customer service officer, but which was only taken as considered with vocal. I am raising concern here so that the vehicle is analysed properly and then led to any of the routes. Since as I am traveling along with family I would like to ensure the safety of each one here. Which I felt like risky with today current observation of bus and it’s driver. Please look at this and have the buses checked by authorised transport officer so that we ensure the safety of the passenger.
