I have book ticket in abhay bus the journey date is 28-02-2024. I called to the bus they said bus is cancelled on 25th itself red bus team not informed you that is not our fault. And red bus team send me a message that bus time at 11.16pm on 28th. Feb 2024. When I chat with them saying saying bus is cancelled on today just now. They saying that it not our fault that’s is bus owner fault. I need to home emergency from hyd to nuzvid. I asked how can I go know they says that your wish. Owner also saying that’s not our fault. Both the redbus and abhay bus cheating the customers and say that refund will credit in 5 to 6 working days now how I can book the tickets.
