Hi,
I had a booking of bus from Azamgarh to Delhi on March 1, 2021. The ticker number is 208433428 booking ID is FMNBB3G3G9GT7. This bus was cancelled by the operator and neither the operator nor the via.com has informed me about this cancellation and when I reached pickup point I came to know about this fact. So I asked operator to refund the money they said since the booking was made through via.com so they will refund my money into the source account. However, it was never happened, via.com has not refunded my money of Rs 1,122.50 till date. I have tried to contact via.com several time though all mode of communication but they never came back or reply me.
Please take my complaint against via.com and the bus agent R. P Express (9616385653) and refund my money.
