Hi
I had booked a bus via Goibibo
The travel date was 30th apr, 2023
However the bus was cancelled by the operator.
Goibibo knewing that bus would be cancelled informed at 2 Pm and the bus was about to leave at 2.50 PM
They said they would refund my complete amount.
I was travelling with my family and had already boarded a cab to the pick up point.
Also there isn’t any other buses on that route.
Why should a customer be informed before few minutes of bus onboarding.
Also I need some compensation for the same because I have suffered both mentally physically and financially
