Sir/madam I’m user of paytm from last some time.. I books many tickets and purches many things. But today I felt worst experience.
I books ticket of bus from Ahmedabad to jodhpur in jakhad travels before 8 days of traveling because I need to go and I don’t want to feel the end time booking problems and of course to get cheaper ticket price. But travel agency cancelled ticket just before traveling time.
May be there are some problem they are facing but they need to transfer seat to another bus. But they talked rudly and after that didn’t receive call. And paytm didn’t gave immidiate cash back.
I need to go jodhpur because it’s emergency so I booked ticket at double price in other traveling agency. By borrowing money from friend. I need to know that who is going to give me my money which I paid extra.
I felt problem while booking other ticket because of insufficient money I had. I’m student and 400rs means alot to me so please look into the matter and do the needful. Thank you
