1. The AC sleeper bus arrived 1+hour late at 23:35 hrs. Waiting for 1+ hours with senior citizens and an infant on the highway such late hours is a very bad experience.
2. The bus had a breakdown near Mulbagal, Karnataka early morning and we were stranded on the road before another vehicle could be arranged. The backup vehicle arranged is a APSRTC seater and not a sleeper.
3. We had to pay for the tickets from Mulbagal to Bengaluru.
4. We reached 3+ hour late to our destination and had to take half day leave.
5. Now after 6 days of follow up, the bus operator is denying any kind of compensation.
