All buses are not same .First I was seated in a very uncomfortable bus then the bus broke down midway and instead of calling another empty bus the staff kept trying for whole 2 to 3 hrs to start the bus then we were transported in a bus filled with passengers we had to stand for approximately 50 to 60 kms then at last staff called an hrtc bus. Couldn’t that be done at the site of the incident ? Why waste approximately 4 to 5 hrs of yours? Very poor experience .
