I have booked my ticket frim.hyd to banglore tonight i.e.29/9/23 @ 10:40pm with bus no : KA01AB3952 / OTT 177 firstly the bus delayed by 2hours approx and after reaching to location at lakdikapul it’s breakdown and now no one is responding us properly nor driver nor customer care 7729971442 ( I have call recording of it ) now what we should do with our family we standing on roads literally is it that we expect from orange tours and travels such a worst and useless service , I here by file a complaint against it and demand for compensation of 1lakh of each passenger , as bcz of its delay my schedule of tomorrow morning at banglore is disturbed and I am.also mentally disturbed now .
