I was traveling with my sister on 10th july 2022 from burhanpur to pune with a Non-AC sleeper bus by Chouhan travels paid Rs.1695 tickets booked via redbus. We had a hault of 1hour at a dhaba which was surprising because bus stops only for 25 to 30 minutes. An AC chouhan bus arrived at the same dhaba and they told to our bus driver that there is some failure in there bus. They did some temporary solution and resumed there journey, in the next half an hour there bus broke down in middle of the ghat and our bus driver was called on the ghat and then the fun begins, all AC bus travellers were shifted in Non-AC bus with for us leaving no place to sleep or even sit properly. We traveled for 18 hours in the bus, the driver kept taking breaks, the journey was started in the evening 7 and completed by 1 afternoon. It was a big journey we paid a good amount for that journey.
I request chouhan Travels to refund the money.Not satisfied at all. If not severe actions will be taken against chouhan Travels.
