I booked one AC Sleeper bus Ticket from Mehsana to Delhi from EaseMyTrip platform (Bus Operators Name Ramdev Tour and travels). First of all bus coming 4 hours late without giving any information and when bus reach at Mehsana at night 1:30 am bus not 2+ 1 AC bus it’s just 2*2 bus without proper maintenance. Bus condition was poor but I have no option at midnight and I’m with my family and small 3 years old baby so take that bus. After reaching Jaipur they said, bus will change due to some permit issue and then after waiting of 4 hours at Jaipur they given us another bus which was not sleeper bus it’s a seating bus. so we all denied to take that bus and travel from another bus at our own cost. I continually complaint regarding the same to EaseMyTrip but no response received from them. I need to reach at delhi by 2: 30 as per my booking but at the time of 5:30 PM I’m still at Jaipur half of my journey. so it’s hampered my all plan and I’m also not able to join my job at same day. so it’s cost me too much.
I’m humble requesting you to please do the needful.
