I bought my product on July 30, 2023, and I’ve had a lot of problems ever since. Burner knob and gas leakage difficulties were the first, and there are still more problems. My stove now makes a bucking noise when I try to turn it off or on after using it for more than 10 minutes, and a fire is spreading beneath the burner. I filed a complaint with them under CHEN678458360248 but have not received a response.
