Hello Sir,
I have been purchasing the iPhone charger (ORDER # 405-0360294-5273175 with RS 999) from the Amazon store dated on 16 October 2020, unfortunately the charger has been burned totally before one week ago. I have complained about this product, until today there is no any proper reply from their side. Now I loosed my money who will be responsible? Could you please explain what is the benefit for me for purchasing this product?. I am always purchasing the items from the Amazon, and now I faced this type cheating from their side.
So please take a necessary action and change the product or return back the money immediately.
