I want to bring my concern in notice that my face is burned severely due to Hyundai’s car poor radiator fan on road at night on 28.05.2021.
As car showed overheating in display . I stopped car immediately for 30 minutes . After that I opened radiator cap . Hot fluid popped up on my face and gave me severe burns. I have a good record of getting my vehicle timely serviced. I want to escalate this concern as I could have had lost my vision.
Please look into matter & revert.

My car has been taken to the service agency by the service center representatives after my complaint.
It has been reported by the service guys that the head gasket (part) was burned which resulted in engine overheat. This is the result of a manufacturing fault and poor quality which could have costed me my life. I want to sue the manufacturer for this.

Kind attention don’t purchase hyundai AT vehicle. I have purchased my vehicle since 2011 only it running 20k kilometres now there is jerk problem in Autotransmital and no pickup. I have visited two showrooms in hundai BHUBANESWAR odisha without any checkup or any fault identification they told me to change gearbox which around cost 3lkh
So kindly request to all please don’t purchase hyundai vehicle
