We are staying in jhajjar, haryana.
On February 2022 we took byjus subscription on regular classes by paying money 1st payment 5000rs. From Bujyus a person called Mr. Rudrapartap (8858055151) came to my house and done all the process for subscription. As per their terms and condition then better classes provide to your child. But these classes are not good. And after that if we want to cancel the subscription and money will be paid back. This classes is very bad. After viewing days realized that my child is feeling so stress to manage both schools and bujyus classes.
So we decided to cancel it. Immediately I started sending mails to them for cancellation but everything they are saying ok it’s under process but recently one of their senior manager, bank manager and all byjus team worker called to my husband daughter and me spoken very rudely saying that your classes is not cancelled and your money will not be paid and do whatever you want to do. Please do the needful sir.
