On date 25 Feb 2023 I had booked the flat by giving 1lac token amount in Dosti Dove thane, within 3 days on 28 Feb I intimate them due to my financial & family issue please cancell this booking & initiate for refund. Now they have sent forfeited Letter saying amount will not be refundable as per our policy. Now it’s been 5 months they have not refunded any amount only saying visit our office, inspite of visiting their office no feedback from them.
