I had booked flat at badlapur-Maharashtra on Jun 2016 . As per work progress I had paid up-to 44% (through Cheque & RTGS). After payment I had received all payment receipts but I had received last 2 receipts after 1 year of payment (actual date of payment is 4th July 2017 and 27th July 2017 and receipt date is 1st July 2018) for such payment we aren’t made any agreement such as MOU, Sale agreement & sale deed between me and builder , builder not provided allotment copy. Now government tax GST Applied so i am not affordable Booked Flat.
On 1st July 2018 i had discussed with promoter (builder) for cancellation of flat (603) but no proper response from promoter (builder) received till date. Now in the month of August 2018 I had send cancellation letter via Email & Speed post to promoter (builder) at their registered office address mentioned at MAHARERA website and their site office address mentioned on brochure, till date I haven’t received any response from promoter (builder). On speed post receipt they have mentioned site office address is invalid.
Now I want my full amount to refund. Please Advice me about procedure of refund my money
