Text of Complaint by Vinod Kumar:

Dear Sir,

I had purchased flat no. C-103 in Trinity Sunrise,Kada Agarhara,Near Sompura Gate,Sarjapur,Bengaluru-562125 on 28 March 2007 from M/s SURAJ CONDOMINIUMS PVT LTD,NO.58/A, 1ST CROSS, DOMLUR LAYOUT,BANGALORE – 560 071.

Parking was not allotted to us for the last seventeen years, whereas in the sale deed it is mentioned to give parking in the basement. Now after rigorous follow up with Mrs. Sathi Menon, Director-M/s Suraj Condominiums has allotted an open parking number 179 which is next to bathroom and under a big mango tree. While according to the parking list, pillar number 48 is available in the basement. Open parking number 179 is not the right place for parking at all.

Therefore, it is requested to sir that please examine all the documents and get us justice.
