Mr, Nagendra of Nirmaan Developers has received money for plotted development project. The amount received was on monthly installment basis for 5 yrs. The project was supposed to be completed and handed over for possession by March 2021. All the due payments are made and until July’24 the project has not yet been completed and my site handed over. Me as a customer feels he has diverted money to some other business and now is not committing to complete. Suitable action to be taken against this fraudulent builder.
