Hi, I recently visited Sowparnika Aashiyana property in Whitefield road Bangalore and was interested to buy a flat. They showed me a flat and asked me to pay the booking amount. Later they said that flat is not available and asked to wait and temporary booked under a different flat name in mean time they stared to process the loan and when I said lim not interested anymore they said booking amount is adjusted on efforts and can’t return.
