I booked one flat in Jogeshwari West Mumbai in January 2021. Builder has promised to give Lifetime Free Amenities and 3 ACs which they have denied later. They have taken 24,000/- more stamp duty amount than cost sheet. I sent email for documents since February, which they have given me on 13-May. Bank Loan documents are given on 29-May. In between many emails with mental harassing, ambiguous and false attachments. Now sending me Interest Debit note applicable from 15-May and forcing to change my Bank. Please support.
