pls look at residenctial building with No NOC and NO fire fighting equipments. take action against illegal construction by builders at shree ram vihar colony paras path bhayaa residency. 6 floor approved and 7 floor construction.
builder has not taken NOC from JDA and sold flats. there are no facility. handed over society to his people and they are not listening us. asking for extra amount for repair and beautification.
I am waiting for decision in consumer court since 5 years. How this judiciary system works. 2017 I went on decision hearing judge told that His typist is not today so he can’t write judgement. Still judgement is pending
