I am a resident of Druva Daffodils residential welfare association located in varthur sarjapura main road , gunjur , bangalore – 560087.
My Name is Thulasiram Karjala Purchased Flat in Druva Daffodils apartment (B=001 Flat) located in gunjur from Builder Hemadri owning Druva Infratek company and despite of multiple tries to reach him , through police , local politicians we failed to reach him and get documents of apartment , approvals , land documents not submitted to Druva residents welfare association.
Now we are literally fed up calling him as he is not picking calls from association – Now we are afraid of loosing the documents which might be threat to my hard earned money spent to purchase the flat where land documents are not handed over by builder to association.
We have requested each owner to file a consumer case as its more of cheating from Builder not handing over documents.
