Text of Complaint by Brando:

After filling up their loan application form via the PesoBuffet, I was on the final page of the application when I suddenly and automatically submits the form without pressing the submit button and without the user’s confirmation and no way to cancel it. Even though, forcibly I closed the app. After minutes, they credited 1, 500 pesos to my GCash account.

When I contacted their customer service via their app and explained to them my concern about the auto-submission of the application form they insisted the that there where no malfunction of the submission.

Returning The 1, 500 Pesos to them.
I was asking(chatting) agents 004 and 005, “I will just return the 1,500 Pesos credited to my GCash account because this is not my fault the system automatically submitted the application”. As far as I remember our chat, they insist that there is no way to return the said amount. That time I was begging angrily to talk to someone in charge of the loan so that I can return the amount, but unfortunately, they always insisted that there is no way to return the amount.

Returning The 1,500 Pesos to them (By using their RePay functionality):
That day after they credited the 1,500 pesos to my GCash account, I decided to return it full amount by paying it on the Application. Unfortunately, their RePay feature only allows a certain amount as my memory is concerned it was 800+ pesos.

I hope the Admin on this website will help us out just with this issue. The app is not a user-friendly application, they tend to lure the users to approve the application.

Lastly, there was also a glitch on their web loan application, their loan application form requires the user to submit valid government Ids. Hence, the required field automatically fills up without previewing or presenting the user with the documents they upload. I have a gut feeling and doubts about where did they get the ids/documents, this is pretty clear that they violated the privacy policy of the user.

Thank You. Contact me I provided the email.
