Hello
I played rummy and call break gmaes in MPL app from more than 1 month and today it occured that i lost nearly 200 rs without winning a single game. I might have now lost more than 3000 rs in total but it happens i understood but there was winnings also. What i observe is if you will 3 games then either you will loss the next 2 games or 3 or 1 and win the next one and then you will lose all the money you have won and what is yours. I habe detected more than twice that my game was paused and i cannot do anything and lost money and when complaint they deny any kind of solution just claiming of their fair policy skill.
Today when i started playing i lost 7 games at a strech of rummy of rs 25 and also 20 rs in call break where out of 4, 2 where played by computer and 1 by bug. I lost 195 rs in this bug and i would like to file an complaint aganist this.
